MetaDyn platform terms

MetaDyn provides digital platform experiences, community access, memberships, sponsorship opportunities, and related services. Access may include web-based spaces, community accounts, early platform previews, communications, events, and other features made available by MetaDyn.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting any login credentials associated with your community account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses membership, sponsorship, or platform controls.

Community accounts are intended for legitimate participation in the MetaDyn ecosystem. You agree to use the platform respectfully, follow posted community rules, and avoid conduct that disrupts other users, harms the platform, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

MetaDyn may limit, suspend, or remove access when account activity creates security, legal, operational, or community-safety concerns.

Community memberships are recurring plans that support participation in the MetaDyn ecosystem. Plan names, prices, benefits, availability, and access levels may change as the platform evolves.

Membership benefits are provided as described at the time of signup or renewal, subject to reasonable updates, technical limitations, and platform availability. Unless otherwise stated, memberships do not create ownership rights in MetaDyn, its platform, its intellectual property, or its business.

Sponsorship tiers are intended for supporters, partners, brands, studios, and organizations that want deeper visibility or participation with MetaDyn. Sponsorships may include promotional, community, access, or collaboration opportunities when confirmed by MetaDyn.

Specific sponsor deliverables should be documented in writing. MetaDyn does not guarantee a particular business outcome, audience size, conversion result, or platform milestone unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Paid memberships and sponsorships may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan terms shown at checkout.

Taxes, payment failures, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management may be handled through the payment provider or through MetaDyn support. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by MetaDyn.

You may not use MetaDyn services to upload, transmit, promote, or coordinate illegal content, malware, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, spam, infringement, unauthorized scraping, platform abuse, or attempts to compromise systems or users.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, resell, or commercially exploit platform access except where MetaDyn has provided written permission.

MetaDyn and its licensors retain ownership of MetaDyn branding, software, designs, platform assets, documentation, and related intellectual property. You may not use MetaDyn marks or materials outside approved uses without permission.

If you submit content, feedback, assets, or ideas to MetaDyn, you represent that you have the rights needed to share them. You grant MetaDyn permission to use submitted feedback and operational content as needed to provide, improve, support, and promote the platform, subject to any separate written agreement.

MetaDyn is actively developing its platform and community offerings. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as needed for security, reliability, compliance, business direction, or technical reasons.

MetaDyn may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
